I just built my PC for the first time and when I open it the fans of my GPU spin, but directly when the BIOS is logged and I can see the screen they automaticaly stop spinning.. is this normal?? Note I did not install Windows yet, this is a brand new computer, I got the lastest bios version for the motherboard.. The problem is, when I boot into windows my case fans and the gpu fans stop spinning, and my cpu fan spins slower.
